Questions and answers
Who can sell on NEXVANTA Marketplace?
Individuals and companies from most countries. You confirm your email, then verify your identity with a government ID and proof of address (companies also provide registration documents). Selling starts after our team approves your documents.
How much does selling cost?
Joining is free. The platform commission is 10% of each sale, calculated after discounts and before tax. The payment processing fee is also deducted from your share. The rate at the time of sale is saved with each order, so later changes never alter past earnings.
When do I get paid?
Each sale is held for 14 days to cover the refund window, then it becomes available. You can withdraw on request or on a weekly or monthly schedule, once your balance reaches the minimum payout of $50.00.
How are payouts sent?
Our finance team sends manual payouts by bank transfer, Wise, Payoneer or PayPal after verifying your payout details. Automatic payouts are offered only in countries our payment provider supports.
How quickly does a product go live?
Usually immediately. When you publish, automatic checks review the file and the listing; if they pass, the product goes live. Some categories, such as software and code, are always reviewed by a moderator first.
What can't I sell?
Programs and executables, content you don't own the rights to, and anything prohibited by our terms. Listings that ask buyers to pay outside the marketplace are rejected.
